  • Analysing the effectiveness of working with a reserve pool
  • Planning the requirement for young professionals
  • Developing/improving/implementing a policy for working with young people
  • Elaborating/implementing incentive schemes, means of adaptation, education and career development (IDP).
  • Elaborating/implementing standards for traineeships, scholarship and grant programmes, and mentoring systems
  • Arranging partnerships with higher/vocational educational institutions, and with federal and regional
    authorities for education and youth policy
  • Organising and conducting testing, establishing assessment centres
  • Conducting target campaigns and events to attract talented young people to the company
