- Analysing the effectiveness of working with a reserve pool
- Planning the requirement for young professionals
- Developing/improving/implementing a policy for working with young people
- Elaborating/implementing incentive schemes, means of adaptation, education and career development (IDP).
- Elaborating/implementing standards for traineeships, scholarship and grant programmes, and mentoring systems
- Arranging partnerships with higher/vocational educational institutions, and with federal and regional
authorities for education and youth policy
- Organising and conducting testing, establishing assessment centres
- Conducting target campaigns and events to attract talented young people to the company
