Work technology

The work on executive search projects is comprised of three main steps:

1. Consulting the Client at the stage of defining a vacancy:
  • Analysis of personnel situation on the market
  • Preliminary recommendations regarding compensation packet
  • Creating a detailed position description
  • Forming a search team: to perform work on an executive search project, a team of consultants is put together, consisting of 3 to 6 consultants and researchers, depending on complexity of the project
  • Identifying procedures on how to interact with the Client. The Client chooses the most convenient system of reporting on the current state of the project
  • Identifying the search strategy: it is customary to perform an executive search project using direct search and/or headhunting.
2. Search for candidates:
  • Direct search and headhunting
  • Conducting of in-depth interviews
  • Selection and evaluation of candidates
  • Creating a professional resume for an applicant
3. Presenting best candidates to the Client:
  • Organizing meetings between the Client and applicant
  • Upon the desire of the Client, consultant performing the particular executive search project, is present at the interview with the applicant
  • Offering recommendations regarding compensation packet and other job conditions in consideration with the particular selected candidate
  • Drafting an official job offer for the candidate
  • Drafting and negotiation of a job agreement
  • Escorting the selected candidate during adaptation period
