When new vacancies arrive Cornerstone’s consultants first check the agency’s own database to find candidates who may qualify for the vacancy.
If you have relevant experience and skills and your requests match the requests of the employer, Cornerstone’s consultant will contact you via phone or e-mail, briefly describe the vacancy and invite you for an interview (or arrange for a Skype-interview, if you are not able to come to our office).
Next step is an interview in Cornerstone, before which you will be asked to fill in the form and sign a publicity waiver. The consultant will describe you the vacancy in details, ask you questions on your resume and skills, etc.
In some cases it may be necessary to attend additional meetings, as for example to pass an additional test.
Upon receipt of your consent Cornerstone’s consultant will send your CV with his/her comments to the Client (employer) and subject to his approval will appoint a joint meeting.
